Trevose Head

Trevose Head is one of the great landmarks of the North Cornwall coast, standing between Padstow, Constantine Bay, Booby’s Bay and Mother Ivey’s Bay.

The lighthouse was built by Trinity House in 1847 to guide vessels in the Bristol Channel, after earlier proposals for a light on this part of the coast. Its position on the headland gives it a practical maritime purpose, but also makes it one of the most recognisable silhouettes on this stretch of coastline.

From above, Trevose Head offers strong coastal geometry: lighthouse, cliffs, lifeboat station, Atlantic swell, Constantine Bay, Booby’s Bay and the route back towards Padstow. These prints are well suited to statement wall art, coastal businesses and homes with a connection to the Seven Bays or wider North Cornwall coast.
