Returns and refunds





Every Cornwall Prints order is produced to order. Each print is made specifically for the customer's chosen image, size, format, border option and framing/canvas selection.





Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect format selection, or because the customer no longer wants the item after ordering.





Please check your chosen print, size, format, border option and delivery details carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure which option to choose, contact support@cornwallprints.com before ordering and we will help you choose the most suitable size or format.





Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders





If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email support@cornwallprints.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and delivery label.





Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund, depending on the circumstances.





Damage in transit





All orders are carefully packaged before dispatch. If your print, frame or canvas has been damaged in transit, please keep the item and packaging until we have reviewed the issue.





Photos of both the damaged item and the packaging help us resolve the issue quickly and raise a claim with the courier or print partner where needed.





Order mistakes





If we send the wrong item, wrong size, wrong format or an item that does not match your order confirmation, we will put this right.





Please email support@cornwallprints.com with your order number and photos of what you received.





Customer ordering mistakes





We cannot refund or exchange made-to-order prints where the customer has selected the wrong size, format, border option or delivery address.





Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact support@cornwallprints.com as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we may be able to amend the order, but this cannot be guaranteed.





Cancellations





Orders enter production quickly because each item is printed to order. If you need to cancel or amend an order, email support@cornwallprints.com as soon as possible.





If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel or amend the order. Once production has started, the order cannot usually be cancelled.





Return address





Please do not return any item without contacting us first. If a return is required for a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will confirm the correct return instructions by email.





Your statutory rights





This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Customers are entitled to receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
