How long will my order take to arrive?
Everything is made to order. Estimated UK delivery, including production:
- A4 and A3 unframed prints, greeting cards and fridge magnets: 2–3 working days.
- A2, A1 and A0 unframed prints, framed prints and canvas prints: 5–9 working days.
- Personalised calendars: 7–10 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Each product page shows the estimated dates for your selection. See our Shipping Policy for more.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free. We also deliver to Ireland and the EU, the USA and Canada. Overseas delivery is priced by weight and shown at checkout; import taxes or duties are paid by the recipient. A0 framed prints and A0 canvases are UK delivery only.
What is the quality of the prints?
All images are captured using the DJI Mavic 4 Pro camera, featuring an ultra-high-resolution 100-megapixel sensor. This allows for exceptional clarity, sharpness, and fine detail, even in complex landscapes, ensuring stunning results at large print sizes.
Framed and unframed prints are available on two premium papers: Signature Photo (Canon Pro Platinum 300gsm) gives rich colour, crisp detail and a smooth, glossy finish; Cotton Fine Art (Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm) offers rich colour and fine detail on subtly textured, matt 100% cotton paper. If you are unsure, Signature Photo is a great starting point for colours that pop.
Which sizes and finishes can I choose?
Prints come in A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0: unframed, framed in black, oak or white with an off-white mount, or as a 38mm-deep canvas. See the size and framing guide.
Do you sell cards, magnets and calendars?
Yes. Every photograph is also an A5 greeting card, sold in mix-and-match packs of four, and a fridge magnet. You can also build a personalised 2027 calendar from 14 photographs of your choice.
How much are greeting cards and fridge magnets?
Greeting cards are 4 for £15: mix any designs, with a minimum order of four cards. Fridge magnets are £6.99 each, or any 4 for £20. Both offers repeat in groups of four, so eight magnets are £40. UK delivery is free, and your basket shows the exact total before you pay.
Can I use my welcome code with the other offers?
The 15% welcome code can't be combined with the two-print, card or magnet offers. The two-print offer takes £10 off when you buy any two A4 or A3 unframed prints; framed prints and canvas aren't included.
Can I return my order?
For unframed prints, greeting cards and fridge magnets, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you want to cancel, then return the item within a further 14 days. Framed prints, canvas prints and personalised calendars are made to order and cannot be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will put it right. How big is a framed print on the wall?
The mount and frame add about 11cm to the width and height. An A2 framed print, for example, is about 71 × 53 cm. The size and framing guide gives the outer size for each print.
Will a print fit a frame I already have?
Our prints are standard A sizes, so they fit standard A4 to A0 frames. If your frame has a mount, measure the window in the mount as well, then choose a print with or without our 15mm white border. If you're unsure, email us both measurements and we'll suggest the right size.
Are portrait versions available?
Most of our photographs are landscape, and each product page shows the shape. If you'd like a portrait crop of a particular view, email us and we'll tell you whether it works.
Can I use a photograph more than once in my calendar?
Yes. Any photograph can go on any month or either cover, and you can repeat favourites. All 14 pages (12 months and both covers) need a photograph before the calendar can go in your basket; use Review all 14 pages to check. If it still won't add, email support@cornwallprints.com and we'll help.
What makes a good gift?
A fridge magnet (£6.99) is our smallest gift, four greeting cards are £15, and an A4 framed print is £95, all with free UK delivery. For Christmas 2026, we suggest ordering cards, magnets and A4 or A3 prints by Friday 18 December, framed prints and canvas by Thursday 10 December, and personalised calendars by Wednesday 9 December. These dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Can you photograph a place in Cornwall for me?
We’re always adding new locations. If there’s a specific place you’d love to see, tell us about it or email support@cornwallprints.com and we’ll do our best to photograph it.
How will my order be packaged?
Prints are packaged carefully to protect them in transit. Depending on size and product, orders are sent flat, rolled or boxed with protective materials. Framed and canvas orders have additional protective packaging.
