As the tide drops, the sandbar becomes much more defined, revealing the shifting shapes and patterns that make the mouth of the Camel Estuary so distinctive from above. The water shows a beautiful range of colour, from pale shallows over the sand to deeper blues in the channel, with the exposed sandbanks adding extra texture and structure to the scene.
