Daymer Bay to Padstow — Calm Estuary Sunset (12 March 2026)
Captured on 12 March 2026, this sunset view looks from the north-east across Daymer Bay toward Padstow, with the Camel Estuary running out through the frame. Daymer is a sheltered estuary beach opposite Padstow, known for calmer water than the open Atlantic beaches nearby, which is part of why it’s popular for swimming and paddling.
The water is settled and reflective, holding the last light as the sky builds in layers—strong cloud structure overhead with a soft orange tinge near the horizon. Padstow sits further down the estuary as a clear point of reference, giving the scene depth without taking focus from the atmosphere.

Made to order

Presentation options
- Unframed: supplied as the print only, ready for your own frame or mount.
- Framed: available from A4 to A1. UK-made wood frame, glass front and sleek black edge. A0 framing is not available.
- Canvas: high-quality glossy canvas stretched onto a 20mm frame. Canvas is supplied borderless as standard.
Photo size note: the selected A-size is the final print size. Borderless prints use the full area for the photograph. With the 15mm border option, the white border is included within the final print size, so the image area is slightly smaller.
