Harbour Cove & Hawker’s Cove, Padstow (14 June 2026)
Captured on 14 June 2026, this aerial was taken from the east side of the Camel Estuary, looking across Harbour Cove and Hawker’s Cove with Trevose Head visible in the background. Sitting on the western side of Padstow, these coves mark the point where the sheltered estuary begins to open toward the Atlantic, giving the scene a strong sense of both estuary and open coast.
The standout feature is the colour — beautiful tones in the estuary water and along the beach, with the shallows and sand creating clear variation through the frame. A calm, detailed view of one of the most distinctive parts of the Camel Estuary, defined by colour, shoreline shape, and the wider backdrop of Trevose Head.
