Five minutes after flying over the rocks at the north end of the bay on 1 May 2026, I was above the Daymer car park looking south-west across the beach and the estuary to Padstow.
The tide was right out, and people are walking across the wide, wet sand towards Brea Hill. Beyond it, the sandbanks and channels run across the Camel to Padstow on the far shore, with the iron bridge over Little Petherick Creek further inland.
You can have it unframed, framed in black, oak-effect or white, or on canvas, in sizes from A4 to A0.
A4 and A3 suit a hallway, landing or desk. A2 fills a living-room or bedroom wall. A1 and A0 are statement pieces for a large wall. Every size keeps the same A-series shape, so moving up a size gives you more wall presence without changing the composition.

Width × height for landscape orientation; reverse the measurements for a portrait print. The framed estimate adds 35mm of mount and 22mm of frame to each side (oak frames are 1mm narrower). Frame depth: 22mm. Canvas depth: 38mm.
Photo size note: the selected A-size is the image or canvas face size. A framed print adds its mount and frame outside that image. For unframed prints only, the optional 15mm white border is included within the selected paper size, making the image area slightly smaller.

Framed and unframed prints are made from the full-resolution photograph, on your choice of two papers.
Signature Photo — Canon Pro Platinum 300gsm. Smooth, glossy photographic paper with rich colour, strong contrast and crisp detail.
Cotton Fine Art — Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm. Premium matt paper made from 100% cotton, with a soft feel and subtle surface texture. Rich colour and fine detail with a tactile, gallery-style finish.
Go for Signature Photo if you like bold colour and a crisp, glossy finish. Choose Cotton Fine Art if you would rather have a matt surface with the subtle texture of cotton paper.
Borders: unframed prints come borderless or with a 15mm white border. Choose borderless if your frame has a mount, and the 15mm border if it does not, so the image has breathing space. Framed prints have a separate 35mm off-white mount; canvas has mirrored edges.
Unframed prints are supplied as the print only, ready for your own frame or mount.

Black, oak or white wood frame
Printed on your chosen paper: Canon Pro Platinum 300gsm for a rich, glossy photographic finish, or Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm for a subtly textured, matt cotton finish.
A flat obeche wood frame, 22mm wide and 22mm deep, around a 35mm off-white mount. Black and white are stained, so the grain shows through. Oak is an oak-effect finish rather than solid oak, and a touch narrower at 21mm. All three are the same price, made to order, glazed and ready to hang.
Glazing: A4 and A3 frames are glazed with glass. A2, A1 and A0 frames use premium perspex (acrylic), which is lighter and shatterproof so large frames arrive safely.
The mount sits outside the A-series image. Allow an extra 11.4cm in both directions for the mount and frame. Measurements are approximate; contact us for an exact fit.
Supplier photographs. Grain and colour vary a little from frame to frame, and every screen shows colour slightly differently.
CanvasTextured, painterly finish on a 38mm frame
38mm gallery canvas with mirrored edges
Printed on 400gsm artist-grade cotton canvas with a fine woven texture, then hand-stretched over a 38mm-deep frame of kiln-dried, knotless pine with hand-folded corners. The bars are shaped so they don't press lines into the canvas, and the deep sides stand the photograph clear of the wall, so no separate frame is needed.
The weave of the canvas shows through the photograph, giving it a softer, almost painted look. Fine detail is gentler and contrast lower than on paper. For the sharpest detail and strongest contrast, choose an unframed or framed print.
The full A-series photograph stays on the front. Its outer edges are mirrored around the sides, preserving the composition on the face. The selected size is the canvas face size.
The inks are rated for up to 200 years on display. The canvas is sent in a rigid double-wall box and hangs from its top bar on a picture hook or screw; hanging fixings are not included.
Care: hang it out of direct sunlight and away from radiators and fires. Dust with a soft, dry brush; don't use water or cleaning products.

A2, A1 and A0 prints and framed prints are made to order from the same file by a specialist UK print lab. Canvases are printed and hand-stretched to order by a specialist canvas maker, in the UK for UK orders.
Every print is made from the original high-resolution master photograph, without watermarks. Website previews are reduced in resolution and compressed for display.
