I came closer to Godrevy Lighthouse for this photograph, concentrating on the tower and the rocks while keeping the open sea behind it.
Stone walls curve around the island and white surf breaks along the ledges below. The white octagonal lighthouse, built in 1859, stands 26 metres high.
