Polzeath Sunset — Atlantic Rain Curtains is a fine art aerial drone print of Polzeath on the North Cornwall coast, made for coastal interiors where the exact place matters as much as the colour and light.
Captured on 12 March 2026, this view looks west from Polzeath Beach into a moody but beautiful sunset. Polzeath sits on Cornwall’s Atlantic coast around 6 miles north-west of Wadebridge, and the beach faces out into open swell and weather systems moving in from the west. The sky is layered: warm orange and yellow light breaking through, darker rain clouds pushing across it, and clear “curtains” of rain visible offshore with brighter patches between them. It’s the kind of evening where you can see the weather happening in real time, while the last colour holds on at the horizon. Polzeath is RNLI-lifeguarded in season and is widely known as a surf beach, which fits the Atlantic mood in the scene even when the focus is the sky.

Giclée printed on 350gsm bright white textured poly-cotton canvas, hand-stretched over a 22mm-deep wooden frame. Supplied ready to hang with saw-tooth fixings.
The full A-series photograph stays on the front. Its outer edges are mirrored around the sides, preserving the composition on the face. The selected size is the canvas face size.
12-colour pigment printing produces detailed highlights, rich blacks and smooth colour transitions. Our canvas option is the 22mm mirrored wrap, without a float frame.
