Porthcothan Bay — Turquoise Low Tide is a fine art aerial drone print of Porthcothan on the north Cornwall coast, captured from out at sea looking directly into the bay.

Taken on 16 July 2026 at low tide, this aerial looks across the clear water and exposed beach toward the head of the bay. The sea is exceptionally calm and transparent, with bright turquoise shallows that give parts of Porthcothan the appearance of a natural swimming pool.

A clear summer view defined by the open beach, flat water and unusually vivid colour throughout the bay.

Online images are compressed previews. Every order is produced from the original 100+ megapixel master file for far greater detail, clarity and depth in print.

Premium photographic paper

Prints are produced on premium C-type photographic paper for rich colour, smooth tonal depth and crisp detail.

Border options

Choose borderless/full-bleed printing or a clean 15mm white border on all sides.

Made to order

A4 and A3 prints usually dispatch within 2–4 days. Larger prints, framed prints and canvas can take 1–2 weeks.

Presentation options

  • Unframed: supplied as the print only, ready for your own frame or mount.
  • Framed: available from A4 to A1. UK-made wood frame, glass front and sleek black edge. A0 framing is not available.
  • Canvas: high-quality glossy canvas stretched onto a 20mm frame. Canvas is supplied borderless as standard.

Photo size note: the selected A-size is the final print size. Borderless prints use the full area for the photograph. With the 15mm border option, the white border is included within the final print size, so the image area is slightly smaller.
