Stepper Point Sunset — NCI Padstow Watchtower (12 March 2026)
Captured on 12 March 2026, this view looks west from Stepper Point with the headland silhouetted against a vivid sunset and high, sculpted cloud formations. The NCI Padstow watchtower (National Coastwatch Institution) is visible in the frame — a volunteer lookout that keeps watch over the entrance to the Camel Estuary and the approach to Padstow, including the Doom Bar sandbank.
The sky does most of the work here: warm colour near the horizon, darker cloud structure above, and clearer patches where the last light breaks through. A clean coastal composition anchored by a working landmark and one of North Cornwall’s key viewpoints.

Made to order

Presentation options
- Unframed: supplied as the print only, ready for your own frame or mount.
- Framed: available from A4 to A1. UK-made wood frame, glass front and sleek black edge. A0 framing is not available.
- Canvas: high-quality glossy canvas stretched onto a 20mm frame. Canvas is supplied borderless as standard.
Photo size note: the selected A-size is the final print size. Borderless prints use the full area for the photograph. With the 15mm border option, the white border is included within the final print size, so the image area is slightly smaller.
