St George’s Cove — Summer Heat on the Camel is a fine art aerial drone print of the Camel Estuary at Padstow, captured from an almost direct top-down angle in intense summer conditions.
Taken on 10 July 2026 in 30-degree heat, this aerial looks almost straight down over St George’s Cove, where the estuary shows strong contrast between deep blue water, lighter shallows and golden sand below. The near-vertical viewpoint keeps the composition clean and graphic, with colour and surface pattern doing most of the work.
Three speedboats cut through the frame, leaving bright wakes behind them and adding movement to the otherwise still summer scene. A clear estuary view defined by heat, colour contrast, and the energy of boats moving across the water.
Framed and unframed paper prints are made from the full-resolution photograph as fine art giclée prints on Canon Pro Platinum PT-101 — Canon’s premium heavyweight 300gsm glossy paper for a professional studio finish.

Giclée printed on 350gsm bright white textured poly-cotton canvas, hand-stretched over a 22mm-deep wooden frame. Supplied ready to hang with saw-tooth fixings.
The full A-series photograph stays on the front. Its outer edges are mirrored around the sides, preserving the composition on the face. The selected size is the canvas face size.
