Trevaunance Cove at St Agnes, photographed on a moody autumn afternoon with the tide all the way in.
Even on a dull day the water came out a surprising turquoise, with white surf on the stones, a single rock out in the cove and the village tucked into the valley under the big cliff.
Printing it from the full-resolution photograph on Invercote photographic card keeps the detail in the cliff and the colour in the water, and it is finished at A5 (148 × 210 mm) with a white border. For someone who has made the walk down the valley from St Agnes to the cove.
